Details - Extremely rare vintage home shirt as worn in a turbulent time for Chelsea, when they hit financial difficulties and the club was acquired by Ken Bates for a nominal sum of £1. On the pitch Chelsea finished 12th and 18th respectively in the Second Division and made it to the quarter finals of the 1981-81 FA Cup, losing 3-2 against Tottenham Hotspur.
